Auguste, that’s actually how I laughed out loud when I read that.
You’ve got a great point. I’d been warning parents with older children about the language, but for your son I really shouldn’t have focused on just that. (I remember being eight years old and having nightmares inspired by a Ghostbusters cartoon about a werechicken of all things. Traumatized me for days.)
I really liked your take on vampirism. Good stuff and excellent artwork and storyline. Especially for a free comic. You two must of been inspired to produce this by yourselves
Was wondering where the last song on the sound track comes from?

About Witch Doctor
It's a sick world.
Literally -- the universe is an organism, and the creatures of myth and folklore are invading parasites, preying on the native species and disrupting the ordered systems of the world.
It's a sick world, and Dr. Vincent Morrow's here to treat it. Headhunted into an exciting new career in the black arts after his excommunication from the medical community, Morrow serves the world with both hands -- one in magic, one in medicine -- as earth's protector. Earth's Witch Doctor.
Witch Doctor: First Incision is a 16-page medical horror comic from Brandon Seifert and Lukas Ketner.
Soundtrack
Each issue of Witch Doctor will be accompanied by a streaming soundtrack posted here!

You warned me at Stumptown today about the book’s language being inappropriate for my son, and I have two things to say:
1) This is great stuff!
and
2) LANGUAGE? It’s the LANGUAGE you were worried about for a six-year-old?
